As Vesta Partners, an SAP software consulting partner, expanded from three employees to hundreds we did a purpose and culture project we call the Purposeful Scaling system. 

This went way beyond creating a list of nice-sounding values posted in Vesta's lobby and website. This project helped them hire, review and when necessary let go team members. And, more than anything, defined the behaviors that helped them experience rapid growth without losing what made them a great place to work – and a great group of people to work with.

This video was just one way of a variety of ways we told this story to the Vesta team, their partners and customers...to help them hire and retain their best people, bring the very best out of their team and amplify their competitive differentiation.
